Welcome to the Property Guard Compliance platform!

This is a short guide to getting up and running with your new home for managing lease permits.

In short, the Property Guard Compliance system automates a lot of tasks that property managers find themselves doing with regard to lease permits: checking for expiring permits, tracking and communicating a waitlist, keeping track of historical capacity, etc.

The two biggest pieces of information that you will use here are permits and leases.  A resident at your property has a permit.  That permit will have lease(s) over time.  That's just about all you need to input - the system will take care of the rest!
