Emails

Currently there are FOUR automated emails produced by the system.

1. Emails sent the first day of each month to the waitlist permit holder group (the number of them defined as part of your property setup, see related article).  To be sent the permit holder email address must be populated.  An example of this email is below.

2. Emails sent each day, if applicable, to any permit holder and copied to all property manager(s), whose permit has expired. This email is also copied to every manager at a property.  In addition, Property Guard will send 90-, 60-, and 30-day reminders that the permit will expire. An example of this email (the version after it has finally expired) is below.

3. Emails sent each day, if applicable, to the property manager(s) of the property, alerting them that there is now capacity on the active permit list.  For this email to activate your property must have capacity for more active permits as well as a waitlist.  This email alerts you to move the waitlist permit(s) to active permits: the system will not actually make any changes - you must change them.

4. Emails sent each day, if applicable, to any permit holder, alerting them that their permit fee is due soon.  This is based on your property fee amount and permit payment logic.
