Expiring Permits

Permits typically expire based on some basic logic, such as

• The owner has not leased the unit within the maximum allowable time (see lease slack in related article on property setup)
• The permit has an actual expiration date
• The owner moves

On your home screen you will see a list of permits that expire within 3 months.  Hovering over the information icon will give you explicit information about how the expiration date was calculated.
