Navigating the Platform

The Property Guard Compliance Platform is simple to navigate.  Below are the key elements.At the top of your navigation you can view your home screen (what is being displayed) or visit your permits and leases (see articles on each for more information).  You can also update your profile and exit the system.

The system supports a property manager operating multiple properties, each accessible via a simple dropdown near the top of the page.

Below that is basic data about the property and permits.

Below that are the tables related to expiring permits, the permit wait list, and your active permits.  There are help sections on each topic if you would like to learn more.

At the bottom right is a help beacon that will allow you to reach out to our support team if you have any questions.
